LLM reg. vs. LLM adv. Public International Law at Leiden University

Hello,

I am a bit confused as to the difference between the LL.M. reg. and the LL.M. adv. programme in PIL at Leiden University. I have a strong background in International Law, which I would like to deepen by studying an LL.M. in PIL: So I am a bit afraid that the LL.M. reg. is a very basic course of study. The curriculum of both programmes is pretty similar only that the LL.M. adv. has a specialisation option, is a smaller programme, etc. but the LL.M. adv. is much more expensive. Is the LL.M. adv. in PIL at Leiden University worth the extra cost? What programme would you recommend me to apply to it?
