I am a Judge having LLB (Hons); LLM degree and holding the position of Additional District and Sessions Judge, a senior position in District Judge court, in Bangladesh. I have been serving as judge for last 17 years. My main responsibility is to mitigate civil and criminal disputes, family disputes either by verdict or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). I have been given a short training on ADR by Prof. Hiro Agakari, an ADR expert of LOYLA. Now I want to do LLM on ADR in USA.
