Law school also to host postgraduate open evening on February 6

Queen Mary, University of London (QMUL) is launching a new LL.M. in International Shipping Law starting in September.

The new program can be taken on a full- or part-time basis, and will include courses covering International Law of the Sea, International Commercial Law, Marine Insurance Law and International Shipping Law (which covers both “wet” and “dry” shipping subjects).

According to the law school, the new program will also be enhanced by guest speakers, including experts and practitioners from City firms.

The school has also announced a postgraduate open evening for prospective students on February 6. QMUL's Postgraduate Law Centre is located at Lincoln's Inn Fields in central London, but this event will be held on the Mile End Campus to avoid disrupting current LL.M. students.
