Two one-week modules to cover value-added tax and transfer pricing
The two-week program includes two modules: a value-added tax (VAT) during the first week and transfer pricing during the second week. Both modules will be taught entirely in English by international academics and professionals.
The VAT module starts with a two-day introduction to the fundamental concepts of value-added taxation, followed by sessions covering a range of topics related to the main theme of Exploring Non-Taxation in VAT. The program ends with a review and discussion of recent European case law on VAT.
The transfer pricing module starts with a two-day intensive introduction to the fundamentals, followed by coverage of topics like intragroup services, intangibles, business restructuring and litigation, and recent US and European transfer pricing case law.
