The Riga Graduate School of Law (RGSL) in Riga, Latvia has announced scholarships for an LL.M degree in Public International Law and Human Rights.
The scholarships cover tuition and fees for the LL.M, and an additional scholarship is allocated for travel, accommodation, and incidental education expenses.
Scholarships are available to students from the following countries: Russia, Byelorussia, Ukraine, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
The scholarships are funded by the Open Society Institute.
The deadline for applications is May 24, 2010.
