Transnational Crime is a fast-developing area of practice and study around the globe.  Law enforcement agencies, other governmental entities and NGOs find themselves increasingly confronted with issues of cybercrime, human trafficking, drugs & weapons trafficking, piracy, terrorism, etc. Each of these areas requires a command of multiple criminal justice systems, the law of treaties, international extradition, and complex jurisdiction issues. This 60-minute webinar provides an introduction to transnational crime and the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law's online International Criminal Law and Justice program, which educates professionals from around the world in this broad scope of issues through its LLM and Master’s degree programs.
