Please join University of San Francisco School of Law Professor, Luke Boso, for a virtual discussion on the implications of the Dobbs v. Jackson ruling, a legal precedent which will give individual states the ability to decide a woman's right to an abortion. Professor Boso will examine the potential downstream impacts of the ruling, including state and federal legislative responses and SCOTUS decisions on same-sex marriage and contraception.
