Currently, working as a legal advisor for transnational companies on issues related to:
(i) foreign investments in strategic sectors in Brazil such as infrastructure and logistics, renewable energy, food security and technology;
(ii) structure of tax benefits in strategic sectors in Brazil;
(iii) international tax planning to avoid double taxation for Brazilian companies;
(iv) legal analysis, valuation and due diligence to foreign investments in Brazil; and
(v) map and analysis of relevant governmental and private sector stakeholders and their influence in business transactions in Brazil.

Professional experience in (i) customs and tax litigation, with focus on advocacy in the higher courts of the Brazilian Judiciary branch; and (ii) litigation in the World Trade Organization (WTO).

Main activities are also related to:
- Representing clients from the following sectors: financial institutions, infrastructure, chemical, energy, automotive, consumer goods, retail and technology & telecommunications – in cases of customs and tax matters in all courts of the Judiciary Branch;
- Preparation of legal opinions and legal assistance in tax and customs field.
