Scholarship Award

full tuition + monthly stipend

Applicants must show documentation that they have no association with the government of Somalia.

Specific obligations apply both to the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of Somalia and the candidate.

On finishing the program the student must submit a study that relates to the energy sector in Somalia. In return, the Ministry will undertake to offer full time employment to the student for a minimum of 12 months after completion of the scholarship.
