This fall, the Chicago-based John Marshall Law School will launch a new certificate in International Compliance, as part of the school's LL.M. program in International Business and Trade Law.
The new certificate will focus on customs and trade compliance, international corporate compliance, and compliance with international banking and finance laws and regulations, according to a press release issued by the school.
As part of the LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law, John Marshall also offers certificates in International Corporate and Finance Law and International Trade Law. Generally speaking, this LL.M. addresses the regulations and legal approaches underlying international business and trade law.
Besides the LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law, John Marshall offers LL.M. specializations in a variety of subjects, including Employee Benefits, Intellectual Property Law, and Tax Law, among others.
