Course open to corporate executives, including investment advisors, legal experts and tax advisors

Together with the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), the International Center for Graduate Studies (ICGS) at the University of Hamburg will host a one-day executive workshop on June 8, 2007 at Ernst & Young AG in Hamburg, Germany. The workshop "Hamburg – Hong Kong Academy on Chinese Trade and Investment Law" is open to corporate executives, including investment advisors, legal experts and tax advisors.

According to the ICGS website, the workshop "centers around the experiences of legal and tax experts based on concrete investment projects and investment deals in China. The Chinese legal and bureaucratic system will be introduced, and practical approaches to risk and conflict management will be explored."
