I wander if I can work anywhere at US with my LL.B from Israel' or that I have to study LL.M for it?
there is some please that I can do a local-law-test only?

If someone know please help me understand.

Don't take it personally but you need to improve your english first and only then worry abut that. Anyway, if you have a common law system in Israel you'd probably be eligible to take the BAR in the US (that allows you to practice law there).

In case you are not specifically pursuing a career as a lawyer I don't know. It depends on your skills and interests.

Each state has its own 'State Bar' with different eligibility criteria. You will need to research the rules for the state(s) where you would like to practice. California, Massachusetts, and New York are known for having fewer barriers for foreign lawyers. Having said that, the bar passage rates in CA and NY are pretty intimidating. Good luck!
