If you are offered scholarship/financial aid to study in a non-T14 school (let's say T20), and admission without aid by a T10 school, which would you choose?
As an international student, location is not an important factor, as long as it is in the US. Any thoughts?
Which is more important, $$$ or ranking of the school?

I’d say the money. LLMs do not add that much value to your career. If a scholarship brings them closer to the payoff point, do it.
