I am attending a 4th tier law school and I want to attend Cardozo Law School for my LLM in general studies to have a chance at corporate law. What class ranking do I need?

Top 5% of class is usually a must for domestic applicants. Few years back there was an LLM candidate at Harvard who was from American University (thats low 2nd tier) with a mediocre rank, so moving up is possible.
