Hey,

Well it depends on what you want to do with your LL.M in Business Law, where you want to take the bar, and finally where you see yourself settling down. Having said that, USC has a great business law program - 50% of the students from my year took business law subjects (both domestic and international business law). A large portion of the faculty are adjunct professors, i.e. practicing lawyers who bring their own real life experience to the table. I think whats great about these classes is that besides giving you whats in the book, the classes develop practical skills that you would not otherwise be privy too. Hope this helps a little!
