I have been admitted both to UPenn and Northwester! I really don't know which one is better... any advice guys???

UPenn without a doubt.

Not only because it is an Ivy League School but also because it's ranking is a lot better and if you are interersted in corporate law the Wharton Business and Law certificate is a big plus.
