I have offers from both LLM programs, any thoughts regarding what would be best?

What I suspect would be best would be a more detailed basis for comparison, otherwise whatever answers you get will be based on our own (possibly specious) reasons for choosing one of those names over the other.
Do you want to be an academic? Will you be practicing at a firm in the U.S. afterwards? A U.K. firm? If so, in what areas?
Perhaps most importantly, do you prefer warm beer or mint juleps?
