Thanks for your reply and congratulations! But I am actually one of those tortured souls who is the wait list purgatory trying to assess my chances to get into my top choice program :-)) Given that the SPILS has only 12 spots those chances are pretty slim, I am afraid.

Thanks! I have applied to YLS and HLS and have been predictably rejected: I already have a U.S. LLM, which for those schools is a huge disadvantage. In any case, the SPILS program is my top choice due to the size, its focus and location. But oh well, if I don't get admitted off the wait list, I may just get a couple of additional publications and re-apply.
