Has anyone from India gotten a call? Or any other Asian region? Want to understand if they’re doing it region wise. Or is it extremely random. Seems like lesser no of people have gotten a call this year. Otherwise the ones who’ve received a call are not on this site.

As far as I know, they have called Asian applicants.

Heya team, I just found this thread. I wish I knew about this a week ago! I received a call 9 March for CG&P. It was totally out of the blue and caught me right off guard. I am from New Zealand.

I received the call yesterday. It was not scheduled and came completely out of the blue. Lasted about 20 minutes. I'm from South America and applied to the CG&P program.

I just received my admission letter for the EL&P program! My interview was last Thursday.

So, I thought Stanford released results all at once, but that does not seam to be the case, right? Does anyone know how this was in previous years? Do they release results from the program all at once?

I received the e-mail today at 10.18 AM (California Time). According to it, the number of students per program is really small (target class size is 20 students).

So I just got the interview call this minute, out of the blue.
Lasted about 12 minutes, he asked “why Stanford” and some questions about my research proposal. I was so nervous I’m afraid the research explanation was not as clear as I would have liked.
I am Brazilian and applied to the spils program.
The call appeared as a local call (which Inalmost didn’t answer because my screaning app identifies it as a advertisement number)

The call lasted about 10 minutes and questions were about the reasons I applied to the program, my past achievements, my current job and my hobbies.
