Having reviewed this board I noticed that there are many areas in which SLS's LLM program is considered to be the best (or at least one of two or three top programs). These areas, however, do not include corporate law and securities, both comprising my primary field of interest.

I would be grateful for any inside / thoughts about good and not really good aspects of SLS's corporate law and securities courses, especially whether they may be compared to the courses offered by Columbia or NYU.
