lol I woke up this morning and realized I just dreamed of Stanford
Actually, I dreamed of the interview via phone call, and I was trying to answer the questions, etc.
Sooooo stressful lol

Stanford is the only school I have not yet heard from ( apploied to 7 schools, 6 in the USA and one in Europe).

Admitted to Cornell, NYU, Virginia, Un of San Diego, Missoury and Tilburg (Holland)
But my dream is Stanford of course. I can neither eat nor sleep nor work nirmally these days, thinking only about getting a call from the school.
They promised to decide by April 1st.
Do you think that only those who receved the calls are considered as candidates?

lol yeah ! And during that interview, I had a problem with the phone, but fortunately they called me back :D
But I know that if I ever get a phone call like that, I'll be overstressed because it's something that can change almost your entire life, in just a phone call lol

Congratulations for your admissions !
From what I've read on the board for the past few years, there were also admissions without any phone call.

In the LLM in Corporate Governance, they take approximately 15 students.
Personaly, I think it would be something like that :
-5 admitted without any phone call
-10 admitted after a phone call
-10 rejected after a phone call (or maybe in the Wait List)
-all the other rejected without any phone call (or maybe some in a Wait List)

But we'll see ! ;)

CONGRATULATIONS !!!
You've been admitted to the most selective LLM is USA (I think) !!! ;)

Just a little question : did you have any interview (via phone call) ? And when did your application go complete ?

Congratz to those admitted!

Finally they make their decisions so I can bury this hope and the application process and make up my mind between the other schools.

Thanks - I didn't have any interview. I guess my application was completed in mid-Nov last year.

Gons to those got admitted. Does anyone know Stanford sends all admissions for one section out at a time or they send out admissions based on completion date? Mine was complete on Jan.25. Still no news.

Nothing. Neither rejection nor admission.

Do you think it 's worth to write to the admission office and ask them to speed the decision making process?

I think they are not in a position to make a decision yet. At least not a positive one. If you have not been rejected nor accepted in the programs mentioned above, then you are probably in the waiting list, and you may still get a place provided somebody else declines the offer. I think the deadline is 11 April. This is of course pure speculation, so you may wish to call and confirm that's the case.

Not so sure. I've just called the admission office (still not sure it was smart of me to do this) and asked directly wether I was on a waiting list. The lady from the office said no, they have not yet made decision.
