I've been trying to apply to this LLM program, but it doesn't appear on the LSAC web site. NYLS website says the deadline for applications is May, 15th. Does anyone know what's wrong? Are the applications open yet?

Most likely you can still apply, that's because NYLS is not a highly ranked law school. Most of the good law schools have very strict and tight deadlines (usually until February at the latest).

Maybe you confusing NYLS with NYU, which had a deadline of December 17th.
