LSAC keeping Documents on Hold; how much longer should I wait?

So, I have been having a pretty problematic experience with LSAC so far. My provisional degree sent by my school was rejected at first because the sender's address had been messed up by the delivery people on the waybill. I asked my school to resend and they did the same, and tracking ID shows that my documents were delivered on 25th of October. LSAC is not being able to give me an update at all about when my documents should be processed to my file and I am feeling so scared about how much longer this should take? It's already been 2 weeks and LSAC on the call is also being a little nonchalant about answering my doubts. Wondering if LSAC takes longer than 2 weeks at some points to process documents?

This is normal. LSAC took about 10-12 working days to process my transcript after delivery in September, when I assume they were less busy than they are now. So it is bound to take longer than two weeks. As long as they have been received it should be fine.

My three transcripts (an undergraduate degree and two graduate degrees) were processed within an average timeframe of 2 to 3 weeks. No need to worry.
