LSAC: help! question about transcript submission (for foreigners)

Vanessagg

Hi everyone!

Do you know if LSAC receives transcripts mailed by an official translator (who will translate the academic registers, which will also be sent together with the translations) instead of mailed by the University itself? It would be sent on a sealed envelope, totally in accordance with all LSAC's requirements.

Let me know your experiences about it ASAP, please!

Thanks!

Hi! NO, they definitely don't. They specifically ask for a transcript sent in a sealed envelope wth a sealed flap andhas to be an original transcript signed by the University. They already turned down a transcript I sent without the described requisits and had to spend another 50 USD on it.
