Is it ok if I get an I-20 from one university, and a few weeks later, from another. Will I receive an I-20 from the second university? Which one will be valid?

i dont think it is possible.
you should pay for some kind of enrollment deposit before you get I20

but i am still not sure about this

Thank you for your reply.

I paid the enrollment fee at the first place I got through, and then also to the univ I really want to study in. Now,the first univ has asked for my financial documents to process my I20, and the second is still taking a decision regarding my scholarship, though they have confirmed admission.

Should I continue with the formalities for the I20 from the first university, which any ways I would like to keep as a back-up, just in case. or would that be a problem when the second univ decides about my scholarship, and wants to process my I20?
