I have received admission as well!

I may be wrong, but it appears noone from Europe has received any FedEx. I blame the weather and hope FedEx will make it to Germany before I go on Christmas vacation... ;-)

FedEx was just here. So they did plow through the snow. I am admitted!

Congrats everybody!!! Yes, it seems they are sending rejections via email and admissions via fedex. I have a theory that I want to share with you guys, I applied really early this year and is the first time for me, do you think that could be the problem my file was completed oct 15. Last year I got interested and wrote to a few univeristies asking if I can applied after deadline and they say yes...so I'm thinking that applying too early is not a good idea. What do you think?

lolita - sorry to hear about the rejection.

GULC is a weird school for admissions. the result there shouldnt mean the same at nyu or elsewhere. toefl by itself should not be THAT important. And 97 in itself is a pretty good score.

my file was complete two weeks after yours. I am not sure the admission decision has anything to do with the time of the application. I am surprised that there are quite a few rejections, though, as it is only the early admission process and it would have been easily possible to waitlist applicants in case the slots don't fill up.

btw spike when did your status change to admission and where in germany are you located :D? a rough answer is enough no need for specifics. I am from Bonn. And did you get a text from feex or an email before the package arrived?

Congradulate to all the applicants. I have one more thing to ask is that has anyone from Aisa got the parcel by FedEX? You know, Asia is too far away from the US, and what's more, I don't receive any e-mail either. What should I do? Just waiting? Thank you very much for all your help and GOD bless us!

My status on GULCs status check website is still complete since it changed back to that from decision. I am also not yet able to log onto the admitted students website.
I am in Göttingen, received the package today at 2pm and just got an e-mail from fedex that GULC has requested an update of tracking information. So they informed me of the package after I received it.... :-)
