From my understanding there is no general rule of thumb especially since you have not mentioned which career path you intend to take. All of the schools at hand are great.
- Harvard's brand may open more doors
- Chicago may have better career support for LLMs due to class size
- Penn may help you to sharpen your profile with Wharton

From what I have heard, saving a job after an LLM is not necessarily determined by your school but to the greater extent by how hard you pursue your mission plus other factors of course, including previous working xp, and perhaps region of origin.
