In my previous encounters with Embark, the system has not been used to display admissions decisions. I don't see why this use would be any different.

Anybody else? And don't they send an email? Does this now mean I have to refresh my Embark status page every three seconds?

This kind of hoax is called "fishing" in my country. Do not fish all nervous applicants.

It's clearly a wind-up. Don't believe anyone reporting admission unless it's someone that has been posting here for a while and/or they post some of the text of the decision or info about how it was accessed.
