Mann. Were the HLS people THAT COLD to mean that "today" is technically "within this month"? :-D
The text in the status page has VANISHED! Which means we're close?
Or are they at the admissions office just playing with our emotions?

Except if they want to amend their announcement so that people don’t call them, haha! Hope that’s not it
Posted Mar 16, 2020 19:44
Text is back? WTH?
Posted Mar 16, 2020 19:45
The text has magically reappeared. And this is precisely what used to happen in the previous years as well, which could mean we are super-close! (Unless that was a false alarm!)

The text still shows on mine.

The online option would decrease the overall cost of the program.
The major disadvantage is that we will not have direct contact to some legendary professors.
I believe that some people here received scholarship offers from other fine academic institutions. Did you request an extension for the commitment deposit?
(My country is in severe economic crisis and each dollar will make a difference for me and my family.)

NepAtty have u seen text reappearing in previous years’ discussion? I thought the announcement that results are out used to take its place
Posted Mar 16, 2020 19:49
Was that a false alarm?
P.S. to those of us here who weren't following. The text in the status page (the March 10 update) vanished. And within minutes, it reappeared. This REALLY happened. Unlike the schmuck(s) who posted a couple of hours back that the decisions were released, this is not a lie!
But why did that at all happen? :O

Yes happened in 2018-2019; saw it now! We should know in the next hour judging from that year
Posted Mar 16, 2020 19:51
In 2018-2019 thread, the text disappeared and then reappeared. Decisions came out within an hour or two of that.

Good luck guys!

Absolutely!
But the HLS GPAO people were really COLD when they said that ("this month") to Gerard when he called! That isn't the way to deal with people. Not because we are prospective LL.M. candidates. Not because we have other options than HLS where the admissions officers are real sweet. Not because we're who's who in our jurisdictions or subjects (this one's not me, haha, maybe others). But because we're humans!
What they did was inhumane in some way, unless the use of term is a bit strong. :/ Pissed!

I feel you, but if their policy is to not tell the date when they will release decisions, they will never break that rule.

I wouldn't hold it against them. They were told to say this line and probably were saying it since start of March.

This is a fairly popular forum and the admission committee should know better than we do. You are watching us! Aren't you, huh?

30 more mins to go, according to the previous years' practice?

I think it was almost 1 hour 50 minutes in 2018-2019 between text disappearing and decisions.

Guys, it’s quite possible the results don’t get released today. I’d advise all of you not to get your hopes high and keep waiting.
But anyway, good luck to everyone :)
