@m2902, based on the information on their website (https://www.law.georgetown.edu/admissions-aid/graduate-admissions/scholarships-fellowships/), I think they are. I don't know if receiving one discards the other, tho. 

Congrats everybody! Does anyone know how to create the link for a Whatsapp group? I think we should have one and it seems Ines is not available anymore.

In the scholarship offer email, there is a link for you to accept the offer. Anyone knows when’s the deadline to accept the offer? Or if it is binding

I just received a Merit Scholarship as well. A little unsure about it, since I would need a lot more to be able to attend the Law School. Happy to have any insight on how I can proceed from here. And I have the same questions as the others:

1. Is there a deadline to accept the offer?

2. Is the scholarship separate from the Fellowship?

3. Is there any other financial aid which will be offered in due course?

4. Is there a WhatsApp group for admitted students, where we can share insights and updates?

Hey - also got an email yesterday (following my admission email on Feb 17). must admit I nearly thought it was spam! 
I don't know what the max amount is, I know that mine is a portion of the total tuition fees and that's what the website also says. I think the deadline to accept is around the date on which the first deposit is due - it should say in your admission materials that there is a first non-refundable deposit due in early April.
