Does Harvard Law School care about undergraduate ranking/prestige?

Hello everyone, I hope you are all having a superb day. I am currently attending a pretty low ranked university here in England, where I am studying the LLB in law. My university is ranked 56 out of 130 I believe, so it does not carry much prestige (ex poly). I have been scoring very high on my assignments and have mountains of internships, as well as strong extra curricular activities. I want to know whether Harvard Law would not consider my applicant since I am studying at a less prestigious institution. I have phoned the LLM office, and they assured me that university ranking is a component which is taken in to consideration, but they assess the application holistically. It is very clear that they do not wish to discuss this topic, so I am wondering if anyone has any answers, or has been to Harvard with a law degree from a lower ranked uni

Thank you people

I don't think it should handicap you if everything else about your profile looks good (such as your class rank / grades, etc.)

But keep in mind that it is a highly competitive program, so they are looking for the best of the best...

It sounds to me that what HL pays attention to is mostly YOUR ranking in your class and not the University's ranking in the local education system.
Maybe you should ask the people in Graduate studies from Harvard what they mean by "ranking".
