When do they start sending out admissions?

Today I received an email informing me that my application is complete, I had submitted it on October 1st.

On the status check page it is stated thath: !We begin reviewing files after January 1 and you should receive a decision by mid-to-late April or sooner."

Last year the first offers were sent in mid December though.

Seems like we are still in for a long wait...

I have submitted my app on 10 October. For a while my status was verifying materials. I have send them an e mail and asked if there was a problem. They said everything is ok. And 2 days later my status of application went complete:)

I hope they start sending out decisions in december. Otherwise, It would be hard to wait until mid-April:)

I sent my application on October 20th. My status is "Verifying materials for completion". Do you recomend to send an e-mail to accelerate the process?

How long do you think they take to verify my documentation?

Cornell takes a long time to 'verify documents'. Don't worry about that, and sending an e-mail won't really help since that's their procedure, and it doesn't affect the admission decision timing.

Any one any idea if Cornell considers applications on a rolling basis?

They say they do on their website.

BTW my application has been complete for several weeks now, but I noticed that my status date changed two days ago, so I guess they have started reviewing applications now. Anyone else has noticed anything?

mine changed too three days ago (21st of Nov.) - Looking forward for some news... :-)

My credentials are as follows shortly:
I hold a LLB from a really good school in Turkey. I'm in %10 of the graduating class. Have some work exp during summers throughout school. Studied in Germany for a semester during school. I am an LLM candidate in Economy Law specialised in Corporate and Competition Law, hopefully graduating in 2014. I have a professional work exp of 2.5 years following my graduation and I have my own law firm for 1 year.
