Well as far as I know there are already two people from mainland china who have been admitted in the regular cycle and one in the early action.

I submitted my application quite late - December 13 I think, and received an "application complete" on January 9.

I'm from a very small European country. I ranked ca. top 5-10% at relatively unknown law schools and I have around 1,5 years of work experience - an internship at the ministry of foreign affairs + current employment at a 1st tier law firm in Brussels.

Best of luck to everyone still waiting.

I did notice though - so far everyone who's been accepted has got at least a year's worth of working experience. I know Columbia expressly states this as a requirement in their LLM prospectus, but does anyone know of people who've gotten in straight after completing their undergraduate degree?

Sorry for confusing. I just quoted. My applicaiton is still processing. The application was submitted on Dec.8 and completed on Dec.23. The wait is a two sides coin: hope and worry....I believe anyone here can feel it like this. Pray for all of us!

Friday is usually an admissions day, isn't it? Maybe something exciting will happen today? Otherwise we'll need to face yet another two days' of silence... Not that I am against weekends but...

Imho the Friday = admissions day rule is based on hopes and despair of LL.M. hopefuls but has not been reflected so far by any AdCom behaviour. I'd love to be wrong though! :)

PS: And yes, I am obsessed with this board. waaaaaaah! Please unis accept me so I find peace!
