How much time did it take since you applied through LSAC and until they confirmed your application was complete?

Smaller than Stanford?

No, Stanford definetely has the smallest classes...

My application was transmitted on Nov 14.11, and I received the e-mail from Richard on December 3rd.

I understand Chicago makes the decisions on a rolling basis, but I dont know if they consider the day I sent my application or the day that I received the e-mail.

According to the e-mail, Chicago usually begins to send decision emails in early February.. *nervous*

Interesting. I applied on November 21st, the documents were sent to Chicago on November 30th. Should I expect a confirmation mail from Richard in the near two weeks? Hope he'll mail me before that.

@G2013 - We're on the same boat. Tell me as soon as you get a confirmation mail (we should get it at the same time).

What schools did you apply to? and which school is your most prefered? I am really torn between NYU, Columbia and Chicago. I really hope I will be admitted to any of those three.

Does Chicago follow a rolling- basis system? I really doubt that. The class strength is about 50-60 right? Many other schools have the same strength too. But Chicago is a lot tougher to get in. Almost as difficult as Columbia I heard!
I submitted my application on 18th September. The report was sent on 2nd October and I got the application complete email on 12th October. They start giving out decisions in Feb is what it says!
Ahhhh! Too much waiting period = tension!!

I have applied to six schools so far. Columbia, Chicago, Berkeley, Penn, NYU and Cornell. I highly doubt that I will apply to more schools, although I did want to apply to Mich and Virginia.

Where did you apply?

I have applied to the ones u have mentioned- chicago, columbia, nyu, penn, berkeley and cornell too. I was waitlisted for Cornell for 2012 so hope to get in.
I have also applied to umich, northwestern, virginia and ucla. I already got into GW. Thinking of applying to Georgetown though.

How did LSAC evaluate your transcripts? What's your work experience?

LSAC has given the quality of academic record as superior. Converting my scores it comes to average A grade.
I have just 5 months of work ex as of now. I graduated in June, 2012. I have extensive internship experience.
I have extensive extra-curriculars. And substantial community and service activities. My education was in English through out and my TOEFL score is 110.

And you?

Pretty much the same. I am finishing my one year internship, evaluated superior. Have one year of volunteering experience at the court, and that's it basicly. Did you apply last years to all those schools and got rejected?
