Perhaps, Stanford? They have a dedicated LLM program for science & technology laws.
I also heard that UCLA has solid media courses since LA has a big media industry presence.

Thanks. Do you know whether the courses for that LLM program is postgraduate specific or do the postgraduate students take it with the JD students?

I heard that Stanford admits only about 20 people to its LST (Law, Science, and Technology) program and due to its small size, most of the courses are taken with JD students.
I'm not sure about UCLA though.
