UCL subject choice

mia

Hey there,

I've heard a few people suggest that some of the subjects in the UCL LLM are poorly organised. Does anyone have any idea which subjects these might be? I'm planning on doing the LLM and I would really appreciate any feedback, especially from past UCL students.

Thanks

Hi, I am a current UCL student.
Maybe I could help you better if you told me in what area you want to specialise in UCL.

I took three subjects at UCL. International Finance with Prof. Penn, Secured Transactions with Prof. Bridge and Calnan, and Torts with Prof. Markesinis, and all three are very satisfactory from my point of view !

Hi Ronin,
Thanks for replying. I'm hoping to take 3 criminal subjects in UCL, namely International Criminal Law, Evidence and Proof and Theoretical and Comparative Criminal Law. Have you heard any feedback about these courses? I have been advised by the University that I may not be able to take all three subjects and if that is the case I will probably do Tort, so I'm glad to hear that you're pleased with it!
