I would not regard the area as a "narrow one". However, the graduate/entry positions-ratio in Human Rights might be one of the worst in the legal market.

If you have no previous academic/professional experience in this area, you might want to consider a different LLM.

Alternatives? I don't know whether Energy Law is really an "alternative" to Human Rights - it's a good option, though.
