Who all have received the confirmation letter from QMUL and for what course are you guys planning n taking up?

I applied to do Commercial Law around the second week of November....still no response...sigh....when did you guys apply?

I applied on November 5th and the offer was made on December 10th. So you should probably receive an answer next week.

I had put in my application when their Representative had come at the Education UK fair. I was offered within 2 days as i met tat lady again (Ms.Louise Sutherland).

I have received the formal confirmation letter yesterday. I am planning on pursuing a LLM in IPR.

I applied on oct 16 and got unconditional offer on dec 4. I am planning to take up LLM in tax, (interested in IPR too, unfortunately have to choose one ;-) ). I too am from India.

Submitted my application on 17 November, so I probably shouldn't expect anything for a couple more weeks at least (though I already heard back from UCL last week, application completed at approximately same date).

Going for the IP LLM.

I submitted my applications on 4th of this month and got an unconditional offer within 5 days...Yeah even i met Ms. Sutherland in the fair and she expedited the process after going through my transcripts on the spot.

after you acccept the offer, the nxt day u can aply for accomodation

am yet to accept the Queen Mary offer as few applications are still pending with some other universities, who i believe wont communicate anything until jan. Simultaneously QM offer wil also expire by jan.
In that case is it ok to accept the offer and decline it later depending upon future outcome.

Hey did anyone of you who got any offer at QMUL, applied for a specialization or just the LLM??? Coz I wanted to apply for International Business Law but my offer letter just says I am offered a place in LLM-FT-Laws which i guess is just FullTime LLM??? when do we select the specialization?

i too got the same ...they said that u cn choose your specialization once you join ..tas how they go about it

you get to choose your courses after attending 2 weeks of classes, so that you make an informed decision. You get a feel of what the course will be like and then can decide whether it is for you or not..
