If you're thinking of getting a PhD I reckon you should be focusing on the academic staff rather than the university. You'll need a supervisor for you PhD thesis and he/she needs to be interested in and have a background to support your thesis. I don't know you've done that already, but if you have and at the moment you only want to know which would be the best law school, I'd say Durham.

yes sure, I agree! I have found academic staff in all those unis. All have great prof. That's why I am focusing more on which one...
