I've tried both the graduate admissions offices and the graduate enquiries number for the law faculty, but both are unattended, presumably due to corona...

Hi, my rejection email came straight from the graduate admissions office and was signed off by “Dr Nadia Pollini, Director of Graduate Admissions & Recruitment”.
I emailed graduate admissions with a query several days before this and still haven’t gotten a reply so may not be a good bet if you want a quick answer.
