First of all, if you really want good advice, state the true facts here. Secondly, from what I can scan through your previous queries, you have mentioned that you've NOT got a scholarship from NYU and now all of a sudden you are saying that you got a scholarship from NYU; leaving UCL aside for the moment.
NYU is a great institution and has globally reputed International Business law and Taxation law LL.M programs.
On the other hand, UCL is also an equally great institution and has some of the best LL.M. programs to offer.
Now, the question is what factors have you considered before applying to these universities (as far as I know, students who apply here and at top institutions have the tendency to research beforehand (asking alumnis, teachers, perusing blogs, articles, rankings etc.).
Is it the location that excites you?; is it the preferred specialization you aspire for?; the budgetary expenses incurred can be managed?(taking into account that US is expensive than UK); the more reputed law school worldwide and at your home country (employers etc.) out of the two.
To cut it short, go for UCL if u cant afford NYU (no scholarship). And if by chance u have both the scholarships, then go for NYU.
Well again it depends on the area of law preferred by you. So please kindly share some information about what you want to pursue if u need a succinct and detailed reply.
