Here is a blog made by two professors at the Human Rights Center at Ghent University, one of the most renowned Uni in Belgium, which give hints about which are the good LLMs, MA, MSC, short courses, clinics and internships concerning human rights.

It is interesting because it is made by specialized law professors, and focuses on GRADUATE programes in Human Rights what I haven't been able to find elsewhere.
