Chances at QMUL with a borderline 2:2

I am a final year student at one of the National Law Universities in India. I wish to apply for QMUL's 2018-19 with a specialism in intellectual property. My CGPA is 5.93/10 which is high second class according to my university's grading system. However, my grades in IP subjects are clearly higher (65-70%). As far as extra-curricular activities go, I have done three internships with various IP firms and I also have a published essay on IP law.

Do I have a shot at QMUL? What schools should I target with such a profile?

I'm confident you'll get in. I know many students who graduated without any honors admitted to QMUL.
