Only one to a UK undergrad has been reported in this thread, on Saturday. No way of knowing how many have been 'made'. You're in the same boat as me, waiting to hear back from Ox and Cam. Do you have an 'insurance' choice or will you do something else if you don't get in to Oxbridge?

Hello, guys, I'm a Chinese appalicant. I submitted my application a week before deadline last year, but I have't seen any change in my CAMSIS. It still shows awaiting consideration by department. I wonder if any Chinese applicant have received offer yet?

Besides, I have been worrying about my TOEFL. When I submitted my application last year, my TOEFL score was 107, below the English requirement of Cambridge(110, 25 each). Up to now, I haven't updated my score. Can I received an conditional offer, if I meet other criteria of Cambridge?

Ms Wade ... further explained that, apart from the fact that such little difference in the score was to be considered absolutely unimportant, the application is mainly evaluated on other grounds. Therefore, there lower scores in a language test should not prevent you from getting a conditional offer

It's so strange that they are leaving UK undergrads to the very end given that (a) familiarity with the domestic system and way marking works might make it easier to suss out the quality of each applicant comparatively and (b) UK applicants are less likely to have also applied to American places - meaning an offer will be more likely to lead to an acceptance.

Oh heavens, I fondly remember my halcyon days when I thought I would be hearing back at the end of January.

From last year's thread, it seems that being BoGSed practically means being admitted: "Technically in Cambridge the faculty can only recommend to the Board of Graduate Studies that you be offered a place, but 99.9% of the time the BOGS will just accept the faculty's recommendations, so if it's reached the BOGS stage then you are almost definitely in." I am actually not from Germany but from East Africa.
