Hello current BCL students,

I am considering applying for the BCL. But I would like to know, before I come, whether there will be an opportunity for me to stand for elected office while doing the BCL? Are there any positions (on faculty boards, for example) that are virtually powerless and totally insignificant, but for which I could run for election?

I'd be totally happy to send multiple needlessly complex and earnest emails begging for students' support, if that makes any difference. I can even make them fairly passive-aggressive in tone, if that helps.

Above all, I am passionate about warm water.
