After being completed it quickly changed to „under review“ and did not change till the mail came. Now it says „decision rendered“.

Yeah, I applied for the early round and got deferred in mid-jan. My status date has not changed since mid-jan.

Congrats to those of us who have been admitted into UPenn class of 2021. It was really tight but we've been fortunate and deservedly we merit our places.
We await the outcome of the scholarship applications and pray it favors us.
i read a worry from someone pertaining to those who have received neither rejection or standby mails. i believe with the passing of time, some places will be given up taking into consideration individual choices.
