I am a third country national with legal permission to live and work in the UK and EU.

Do you have an impression of the cities (Amsterdam vs London), programs (banking/finance vs law and finance), or the university's reputation in general?

chicken so...

QMUL for most prospects. Although it isn't as well known for banking / finance as LSE or KCL, the London location is really much better. Unless you're talking about the Netherlands or some other parts of mainland Europe, QMUL will probably more recognizable in most places / firms.
