They have rejected my application on the account that my grades dont meet the necessary standard for entry.

How is that possible?

The decision to reject an application is final and binding and cannot be appealed.

Universities do not only consider academic grades in admission decisions. Certain universities consider co curricular activities, work experience, references, essays written in support, personal statements etc. Having stellar grades does not guarantee admission. That is why even people with first class degrees are rejected by universities.

But they are saying that i dont meet the requisite grades that is 60-65%
My grades are much above that.
They have cited this particular reason for rejecting my application. How is that just?
