Can you guys help me to figure it out how many pages the LOR's have to be, and which font, type of letter should be used to write them?

In terms of length, there's not going to be any clear limit or even any specifications, normally. Some law schools, however, will give recommenders structured questions or at least some guidance. It's going to depend on the school, so check with them.

For US schools, you recommenders will probably need to use the LSAC system:
