Hello everyone,

Sorry for the generic post but I really need some advice for my thai relatives. One of my thai in-laws returned from factory work in korea quite unwell and suffered a respiratory compromise 2 days ago. He's currently in ICU being ventilated so we're waiting for a prognosis. It all started when he was working for a manufacturing company in korea. He said the dust was making them unwell with pulmonary problems, despite being issued PPE. My question is, are there any lawyers (thai speaking) who could give his family advice on what options they have when looking into a possible personal injury claim?

Regards,

Steve.
